In our restaurant we serve a daily dinner of locally inspired fresh market food with a modern touch. Every evening, our chef sets a 3-course dinner menu that is presented at breakfast. Over breakfast our hotel guests are asked by our friendly staff whether they want to have dinner that evening and whether any amendment to the set menu is required. Our chef buys the ingredients he needs in the wholesale market himself on the same day thereby ensuring the freshness of produce used in our meals. Where possible, organic vegetables and fruits are sourced from the nearest village and local meat and fish are being used. In short, the objective is to provide a delicious dinner at a reasonable price.
Apart from top quality food, another important attraction of our restaurant is our outstanding wine list. We provide a large selection of Spanish wines, covering most autochthonous grapes and wine areas, including the best wines of Granada province. Apart from Spanish wines, our list also includes an eclectic offering of international wines, giving our guests the chance to sample wines not easily found in Spain.
In summer the large arched doors of the restaurant are fully opened, so diners can enjoy a semi al fresco dining experience. In the cooler months, fireplaces provide an intimate and cosy atmosphere during the meals and for lounging on our Chesterfield sofas.
The restaurant is also where a buffet breakfast is served in the morning with a wide selection of local and international breakfast options. At lunchtime we have a small card with tapas specialties, salads and sandwiches so that hotel guests can enjoy a varied and freshly prepared lunch.
